CHALET ACCOMMODATION RATES - WINTER 2010

CONDITIONS

The above rates include chalet accommodation, charges (water, gas, electricity, heating, firewood) : electricity for the two "Xiberua" chalets will be invoiced as extra after meter reading.

In the case of a 2 night reservation including a weekend day and mid-week day (eg. Sunday and Monday), the weekend rate will be applied.

2 night accommodation, mid-week and/or weekend is possible on request depending on availability of dates requested.

Linen (sheets, towels and tea towels) is not supplied : possibility to hire on site (supplementary charge to accommodation rate)

All reservations longer than 1 week receive a discount of 5% for 2 weeks, 10% for 3 weeks, 15% for 4 weeks and longer.

All bookings will only be reserved after the receipt of a deposit of a 1/4 of the total sum due, and receipt of the contract duly signed.

Booking options taken by telephone or email will be reserved for 8 days. The non receipt of the deposit due will result in cancellation of the booking.

A refundable deposit of 100 € will be requested upon arrival. This will be refunded the day of your departure after inspection of the accommodation.

For all cancellations more than one month before the arrival date a refund will be made less 30 € cancellation fee. No refund is possible less than one month before arrival no matter what the reason.

All payments should be made payable to TRESOR PUBLIC for banker's cheques and Mme le Régisseur des Chalets d'Iraty for CCP.
